Coldwell Banker D’ann Harper Realtor is the 2nd largest woman-owned Coldwell Banker Franchise in the United States and has over 500+ licensed Realtors, and is a multi-award-winning agency with a legacy of excellence.

Here is a compilation of projects I created while having the opportunity to work for CBDHR as a Graphic Designer.

Realtor Rally Guitar Hero Intro-

Realtor Rally is CBDHR’s biggest event for the company, a day where all 500 Realtors are invited out for a day all about them. For 2021 we chose a rock and roll theme.

The following is the intro for the entire event, inspired by games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band! All elements and animations were created by myself.

1 Billion Animation-

Animation made to congratulate and surprise our realtors at our Realtor Rally Event. Along with being presented at our in-person event, we shared this through our social media as well.

Relocation Animation-

This social media video was a part of a larger relocation campaign that ran from August 2021 and onward.

Our marketing team came together to start brainstorming and that then led to me storyboarding and drafting this animation. With this animation, we wanted to highlight the ways someone might go looking for a new place to call home!

Recruitment Animation-

This social media video was a part of a larger recruitment campaign that we ran from October 2021 and onward.

Our marketing team came together to start brainstorming and that then led to me storyboarding and drafting this animation. With this animation, we wanted to highlight some of the various prestigious awards CBDHR has won in the past. Along with this, we also wanted to subtly show how CBDHR is sleek and modern as compared to the archaic ways of some smaller or more traditional realtor brokers.

Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Custom Social Media Gifs

A collection of custom social media gifs for CBDHR as a whole, and for individual agents; these were uploaded to Giphy for the company and agents to use as stickers on Instagram and Snapchat.

2021 San Antonio Fiesta Social Media Schedule-

Social media graphics were made for posting on our social media platforms to display upcoming events in the city. These were also used by our agents and sent out to their clients and contact lists!

Various print and digital flyers created for our 9 offices and sent out to over 500 agents.
