H-E-B Projects

H-E-B

H-E-B is one of the most well known Texas brands of all time. They outsource certain campaigns to MarketVision, where I was given the opportunity to use my creative knowledge, and personal experience acquired from working at H-E-B, to collaborate on the following campaigns.

Wear a mask and Slow the Spread Texas-

This was a social media video project H-E-B gave our agency with a two-day window to complete. They wanted this small informational video to be made for their social media channels. In addition to the small timeframe request, they wanted the video to be similar to their already established COVID- 19 branding that could be seen in-store and on social media.

Workflow-

Our creative team came together to start brainstorming ideas that would best portray what H-E-B wanted to convey to its customers. My creative director, Ricardo Barerra, was one of the founders of H-E-B’s in-house advertising department, making adherence to brand guidelines a breeze for us. First, we needed to know what verbiage H-E-B was already using in-store on their signage. Since I myself worked for H-E-B at the store level, I simply took note of the different signs I saw around the store each day. After we got all of the correct verbiage sorted out, my team and I got to work storyboarding and designing our video. Once we were done with the storyboards, our in-house animator took them and brought them to life.
